Sataya, ... what a marvel!
A sanctuary of Dolphins, who come to rest, play, recharge their batteries, before setting off again at dusk, into the open sea. Every day, you can come into contact with dolphins to swim with them with the greatest respect for their natural environment.
Swimming among the Sataya dolphins is a unique and wonderful experience, which touches the heart, Yes, but not only :
Sataya is a coral reef that stretches for about five kilometers, with a turquoise tone and an azure background, renowned among the most abundant in the world in fauna, flora and corals.
A lagoon with translucent, soothing waters, teeming with life and multicolored fish, a pure marvel to observe.
Sataya Bay is a shelter, a sanctuary, to be approached with humility and the greatest respect, to be explored by snorkeling and/or diving (apnea or tank).
What to expect?
We take care of everything, let yourself be carried away :
For greater comfort with travel schedules, we will start our retreat with a hotel night and breakfast halfway between Hurghada airport and the port where the boat is waiting for us. Sunday morning, when we arrive on the boat, we take off our shoes and forget about them for the whole week :)
During this week we will be keen to support you while respecting each person's rhythm : listening to YOU is the main proposition of the retreat.
Zodiac outings will be offered every day and several times a day, as well as breathing, relaxation, meditation workshops, etc. Jana will also offer light therapy sessions, audio-visual Psio stimulator.
You will also have the opportunity to learn about Freediving and/or Scuba diving, with the support of a certified instructor.
Of course, there is no obligation to do all the planned activities or outings ; it is important to respect your own pace and listen to your desires. It is sometimes very pleasant to stay onboard to simply rest while a group goes on a zodiac.
We attach great importance to respect and kindness towards others as well as towards ourselves.
From experience, we know that during this week outside of time, in connection with the essentials, bonds are created, moments of sharing are experienced and we return with hearts particularly full of gratitude.
In this sense, a coaching, exchange or post-retirement integration session is offered to you, either in the office in Overijse or via Video call.
Who are we ?
You will have understood, Alliance Oli'ana was born from a union, between Olivier & Jana. First of all a union of love in 2015, then it was quite natural that we wanted to link our passions and skills under a common umbrella.
What are our essentials? What really matters? Who do I want to be? What makes me happy?
As many questions as there are intentions for change, to arrive at a move to action: Alliance Oli’ana. We are committed to reconnecting with our being and wish to share our visions of balance & well-being, through our retreat proposals, coaching, sophrology, psycho-corporeal relaxation, ... sharing our passions.
Jana, a business manager since 2016, is passionate about well-being & concerned about individual balance, she develops as a personal development coach, a Freediver and studies sophrology, she helps you reconnect with yourself & enlightens your resources, in individual session & group workshop of relaxation, meditation & breathing in full consciousness.

Olivier, an entrepreneur at heart, is passionate about singing and Freediving. AIDA3 certified, he is keen to share his story linked to the benefits of water, of diving, of this rejuvenating and inspiring activity.
He accompanies you in the search for fullness and serenity in contact with water.
